Ticket Sales

Tickets for all shows can be purchased at Ticketmaster.com (Madison Theater / Madison Live) or at Heritage Bank Center Box Office (M-F 11a-3p). The Madison Theater box office will not have regular hours but will be open for events. 

Seating

The theater has flexible seating arrangements for concerts:

• Club set-up - Standing only on the main floor.
• Cabaret set-up - Some tables and chairs on the main floor with a dance floor.
• Theater set-up - Rows of chairs set up on the main floor.

The balcony, when open, has seating regardless of the main floor set-up.

Parking

There is ample on-street and off-street parking within a block radius of the theater. Behind city hall at 7th & Madison is a 400 car parking garage, just south of the theater off of East 8th Street is a large city-owned surface parking lot.

Handicapped Accessibility

The main floor entry, the seating area between the bars and restrooms are handicapped accessible. There are steps to the other seating areas and dance floor. Please contact the office at (859) 491-2444 for advance seating assistance or information.
